After all paint and detailing has been done, its time for the final bike assembly. Me and Kei had to be delicate during this stage as, do not want to scratch the new paint, no matter how anxious we were.

Handle bars, gears, brakes, cables, seat, all went in first

Kei's Final masterpiece and a job well done.

After a evening worth of spraying and getting our hands dirty, the black paint is finally on.

Next, the most important part of the pimping process, the tribal designs design for the fork and main frame. All which has been picked out from Sticker Station.

The white tribal design was stenciled and pasted on the frame. A thin layer of white paint went on.

Finally time for the paint works. For colors, the base and main color will be black. The rims are not spared as well. Dashes of red will be on some of the bicycle cables and parts. And white for the graphics and decals on the frame, as well as the frame undercoat.

Spray cans used: 2 white cans, 4 black cans, 1 red can

All other parts of the bike has been sprayed black at this stage as well as the other red cables. The white undercoat has also gone on. Next, would be the main color of the body and the graphics!

Yes this time, kei's bicycle will be pimped. Will be putting in more graphics and adding more details. From a chrome frame, kei decided to go with all matte black look from the body right down to the rims. The first day was spent disassembling the entire bicycle and getting the parts ready for paint.

I had a super-natural dream a few days ago. Somewhere in a castle there was me, rockie, omaha and jazzzica. The place was neither huge or wide... it was damn tall. We could see the horizon from up at the gallery area.

We were preparing to have dinner. The table and dining setting was contemporary. Then if I remembered correctly, there was two 'Badut' or 'Mime' (clowns), in the kitchen cooking our meals... Now thats damn cock. How did 2 clowns entered my head. I figured, that must be the same mime we tried to bully at some carnival. Anyway, we sat at the table, and noticing somebody missing, I asked "Where's Blondie?"... gladly, Jazzzica said "Oh, He has to save gotham city". wtf? Yeah, he is Batman.

Just then, 'Batman' pull up into the castle in his Jeep. errmm...how weird is that. Upon coming into the dining area he changed from batman to blondie. AHahaHa. Immediately after that, my dream was interrupted with blondie's SMS. Ironic or coincidence?

Well, if you are looking for the moral of the story or any anecdote, there wasn't any. There is sometimes a superhero within ourselves. We got it, what about u?

The final assembly done, mounted with new rims tyres and front suspension. Together with new handle head, grips, stand, chain and lock. Ironically, the cost of the new parts and paint was enough to get a brand new 450 bucks bike. AHaha. ah ... what the hell.

Finally putting back the parts of the bike. The only parts salvaged are the fork, crank, brakes, seat, gears and the handle bar.

The final logo after the sticker being removed. The white exposed is the undercoat.

Will be bringing the now half-assembled bike to the shop for the final assembly. New pair of wheels will be going in, as well as the gear and brake wires, gear knobs, handle grip, rear hub and chain.

Haven't been having much eventful days like today. Woke up at 8am for softball practice. Only had 3 hours sleep the night before. Softball really puts a smile on my face and a great sense of self-satisfaction. Mainly because me and my bro are the key players in the field ... or in other words we DOMINATE!! HAHA.

Went home for breakfast and continue on Goo's bike. Today was to put the metallic gloss finish on the frame. We joke of how we could like put more flame jobs on the frame instead of just that two puny logos. Anyway after two cans of spraying we were done. Assembly of the bike will be continued tomorrow.

Head off to work at 3, and an hour after that, I found myself lazing around in office. Finding things to download and blogging this post. Well yeah, most of the time just clicking here and there. Waiting for the clock to hit 7pm, and will be off to a small gathering at Alex and Grace's house (couple who organizes the softball).

Dunno how the evening will turn out to be . . . I'll be keep my options open, would probably meet up with the bojanz later tonight. Chill La joE!

Bike Restoration Part 2

Finally done with the undercoat for both the frame and fork. White as hell. HAhA. Applied the logos picked out from the Sticker Station. The stickers will be removed once the main grey will be applied over the whole frame. That will give it a good contrast from the white logo to grey paint.

Death Flame logo, at the back-end.

Another sticker Goo picked out for the front-end.

The main grey coat has been applied today, at least 3 cans of paint was used and nothing was spared. Will be going to clear coat it by tomorrow. Before that waiting for the moment when the stickers are removed. Its gonna rock!

Few weeks ago, Goo decided to rebuild and restore his bicycle. I restored mine a few years ago, and its in working condition until today. Started off by moving all the attached parts and scraping off the existing paint until its bare metal. Took him a few days to do that. Just today we started coating the frame and fork with the undercoat. Two cans of enamel paint was used. Picture progress of the bicycle will be uploaded soon. Too bad I didn't have a picture before we started dismantling the bicycle. Any how we are looking to paint the frame dark grey and have some logos added to the body.

Road Trip . . . sorta

Manage to seek and locate the Bojans and JazZzica last weekend in Melaka Town on Sat. It was suppose to be another bojan road-trip started early on that very day. However due to work and other appointments, was only able to start my travel in the evening.

Started my journey south at 7.30pm. And without the company of my new 'ICE', the journey would not be that pleasant. Kept me company throughout the ride. Without a map and other guiding material, this was all gonna be based on instincts. Somehow I knew exactly where the bojans are hanging out. Two hours later, reached Melaka Town, park my ride (Higure) and off I go. It took me a few meters walk, search and destroy mode, and there exactly how I pictured it, they chilling at one of many laid-back spots. The bojans didn't give me the undisputed scout title for no reason, . . . anyways . . .

Walked the streets and the atmosphere was great. It was nice that JazZica was there with us, appreciate it that she let us be who we are. As history was in the making, I gotta admit that this was the first time that we bojans had a place to stay, and a very good hotel too upon our standards. But bojans are still bojans, park benches, bushes, empty halls, are the most convenient resting areas. HaHaha . . .

Twin Beds, awesome, haha, but there we like 5 of us, and the Private was allocated to the floor. While Sarge, Corporal, General and our dear JazZzica slept on the beds. Next morning, head out to Melaka streets again, bathing ourselves in the hot afternoon sun, looking for places to fill our stomachs and chill la joe!

I wouldn't trade another day just to chill and hang with the Bojans let alone JazZzica.

The three days off, really paid itself. End up with a much brighter mind and soul, which was tarnished by loads of insomnia, soul break-downs and of course TAR! Smoked less during the days spent in SG, as the law there prohibits smoking ...err... almost everywhere.

Been going around like a lost dog, seeking its master for 'god-knows-what-purpose'. Hanged-out the any corner made available in town. One thing is for sure, cant really get that stoneeed feeling while in the city. Parks and isolated areas did not help either.

Anyhow, manage or 'tried' to snap some photos as promised. I'm pretty bad when it comes to taking your own photo by yourself. sucks.

Taking time off from work and will be heading down to SG on Monday. Sort of a last minute timing and my desicion to head over there was abrupt. Got a call from my elder bro on Thrusday night, saying he will be stopping over there before heading back to KL. What the heck I thought, just get myself over there and stone since accomodation is provided. Applied for leave on Friday morning itself and book the bus ticket. It was the most spontaneous decision for a trip. Bringing along with me will be omaha's camera. Hopefully able to update and upload photos here while I'm there. Peace.

Havent been updating my blog recently probably due to an uneventful month and working graveyard hours. Been reading a book I got from the bookstore two weeks back and been with it ever since. Havent been reading any books since Harry Potter, cant remember the last title (I know its lame). A slow reader one would say, for a few chapters each day. Looking forward to my next book after this one. Just keeping myself occupied as I cant even last 30 minutes on single player computer games anymore.

Its a fact: I have done nothing in my life.

Went back home after sitting at the burger stall looking at people go by. It was few hours passed Merdeka count-down. The bojans were not there today. Somehow sitting by myself at the stall, must have felt like victory. No arguements, no chattering sound, no nothing. Just me and my pack of smokes.

Anyway went back home and had my burger in front of the TV. My bro was still awake. "No plans, no parties?", I asked. He was actually getting ready to go out. Oh that sounded cool, 3.30am and the party has just started. There was a party going down at Holiday Villa, frens just booked a room for the night of drinks and getting high session. (Dont get any dumb and dirty ideas). BTW, my bro is just 19+ and they really knew how to have fun. Alright fine, upon sending my Bro to the hotel. Suddenly I felt like wanna join these fellas and see how it goes as I already know some of his friends. Damn needed to have some alcohol to drink as well. (Note: I'm not alcoholic and I rarely booze).

Just when reaching the room, I notice that some were already like wasted. Booze cans, Liqiour Bottles, soft-drinks, ciggratte buds, ashes, packs....everywhere. It was like a Junkie's paradise. Already felt like getting stoned. Some my bro's frens were like surprised and welcomed my presense, they we a cool bunch of teenagers. hmmm...I thought to myself, my bunch of people - English speaking, crazy in a way, but minus the drinking and the happy behaviours.

Anyway, lit up my smoke, and poured some a quarter full of Gin and 3/4 coke. (no idea what gin was it dont ask, and dont ask what combination I just did, cause I dont know how was it supposed to be dranked). Sat down, and just enjoy the company as a stranger. As time passed, I realised that I never had this sort of thing before. There were like two chicks, speaks fluent English, and they were like close to everybody and they were really a great bunch. Some were wasted on the bed, some sitting on the sofa, on the floor and they were like comfortable with each other. I just had to drink more.

Im probably more comfortable being that stranger in other people's life. Shiet, if I had not joined these people, I was just that loner in that burger stall. Farking hell, I cant relate to people at all.

I can easily say that all of my bro's friends had a relationship or is in a relationship, that includes my bro. Me, on the other hand, no relationships, no boozing, no girls, no hobbies, no nothing. I cant even finish my glass of Gin that night. I even work in the same place as my first-job for 2 years plus. Fark, Im screwed. Now people my age are like planning all kinds of future, and here I am dont even have a plan or scheme. I'm Farked.

I wish an alien would just come and take me away. Advise: Dont be the stoner that I already am.

Just received email from my manager on our company trip itenary. Lets just start with this image below. Taken during my lunch break by a colleague of mine. These two ladies were asking directions to Summit Hotel. I happened to be there and gave touring directions while my colleague snapped this picture. I guess they were like aliens seeking directions or something. They were too nice to be considered ‘humans’. Just joking.

Here are the steps I experimented using Photoshop.

1) Select the object that you wish to stand out of the crowd using the ‘Magnetic Lasso Tool’
2) Once selected, right click on the selection and choose, “Layer Via Copy”
3) Notice that a new layer would appear under the layer properties window
4) Select the “Background” layer under the layer properties window
5) Select from menu, Filter > Blur > Motion Blur
6) I used Angle = 0, Distance = 40, click OK to finish
7) There you go, the background blurred and the object stays
8) To further enhance the photo, I inserted a pixilated, banner backdrop.
9) The finished product as below

Office Friday

Its 6.35pm Friday, and i'm still in the office. I've been like here since 11 hours ago. Hanging-out in the office on a Friday makes you feel small. But who the hell cares. Probably was because of the haze lately, I can't walk back home like I normally do. Anyway, been listening to this song in office. Not much of Mp3 selection on my office PC. Thought of bloggin it. Finally, got the IE browser to load the blog without layout problems. Figured out that the posting, titled: Spies and Foxes was contributing to the layout problems. I completely removed this posting. Funny thing is that when I tried adding back the article,(double checked on my codings), the problem was exactly like b4. Its seems that IE was smart enough to detect the Mozilla links in my posting and somehow screwed up my layouts ... or i'm just being paranoid.

Ah,,... I'm having problems with my blog now. It does not load well in Internet Explorer. The right side navigation bar seems to be loading right at the bottom of all the postings. I can't find the error anywhere. Spent few hours re-organizing my links and all. I even reset the template back to default but nothing is working. I've no idea what is causing this bloody error. Both Netscape and FireFox browsers seems to be coping with the error. Darn it.

Somebody asked what the hell is this name is and maybe some might wonder why do I even have it. To simply put it, it’s just a representation of a name. It’s not the spelling that matters. It’s a philosophy, theory, belief, some sort of alternate approach to life and reaching for the far heavens.

I use it to remind me of where I was, where I’ve been, what I’ve done and the journey that goes with it. It’s still a bit of a mystery how the name was formed. That’s the beauty of it, cause it’s complete abstract.

What so great about today? Well, everyday is a great day depends how you greet it. I had mix feeling through out the day. Half worried and half content, its mind and soul boggling. Stoned Saturday....

Its Saturday Morning 6.20am, and i am stoned. Going to finish work in 40 minutes. Haha. Manage to embed this new media player in my blog. Now playing Audioslave, Like A Stone. I just finish a meeting with my boss, and this song represents exactly what I did in the meeting room. Just Stone. Did not have much to say about stuff.

Later going down to KL at 11am, go setup some office network. Its gonna be one stoned Saturday. So later need to back take a nap or something.

Pulau Redang Reef Resort

Last weekend I was in Redang Island for my second annual company trip. It was incredibly fun. Damn nice place to hangout, catch some sun and have a great time. Lots of beach and sea activities. Too bad it only lasted for three days two nights. The pictures below speak for itself.

Batman Begins

Batman Bagins, is a story of how the bat got his wings. Its totally a cool and awesome show to watch. Seriously one of the best super-hero shows I have seen. (The Crow, is one of them). It was a thrill how the main character realised his potentital and overcomed his fears as he portrayed a tormented soul within himself. I have to give credit to this super-hero cause he aint got no super-powers.

Interesting Fact:

Check out coldplay's album cover, the colors and squares are not just random images. They represent something of the modern world we know today. If you are into computers, you should know what binary is all about. Right '1's and '0's. A combination '1' and '0's of make up the a string of binary. The cover is actually showing a hidden string of 5-bit binary data. Its for you to decide what would it mean.

Split the image by five columns. Each column will hold a string of binary. This means that each column will represent a character. Each block of color represents '1' and the space in between is '0'. Consequently the first column will read as "10111". Under the 5-bit binary table this would make up the character 'X'.

Blogs are a simplier version of websites. A normal website would have a homepage and other sub-pages which links to that and so on so forth. Like a static webpage such as choon.myvnc.com that has only three page to sites such as yahoo.com will blow you away.

However blogs are much easier that that...

A blog is normally a single page of entries. There may be archives of older entries, but the "main page" of a blog is all anyone really cares about.

A blog is organized in reverse-chronological order, from most recent entry to least recent.

A blog is normally public -- the whole world can see it.

The entries in a blog usually come from a single author.

The entries in a blog are usually stream-of-consciousness. There is no particular order to them. For example, if I see a good link, I can throw it in my blog. The tools that most bloggers use make it incredibly easy to add entries to a blog any time they feel like it.

Basically, a blog is a lot like an online journal or diary. The author can talk about anything and everything. Many blogs are full of interesting links that the author has found. Blogs often contain stories or little snippets of information that are interesting to the author.

Why Blogging?

Anybody who uses a computer can create a blog. Blogs can co-exists free-form. It can be used to post news, topics, gossips and other issues that humans are interested in these days.

You could treat a blog as an online diary or make your own favourite site links which is useful when you could access the blog anywhere in the world.
